I am a Melbourne based writer and home cook with a love of cook books, hence I have over 300 to inspire my everyday cooking.
My motto is “life is too short to eat bad food” so I am always striving for the best produce to turn into simple or (at times) more complex food. There is nothing more satisfying that producing something tasty and delicious and sharing it with another person.
It is nurturing and good for the soul.
